The class starts with a guided meditation practise and moves into a discussion and sharing of ideas and thoughts over the topic of discussion. The class topics focus on boosting confidence, self-love, mindfulness and mental resilience in children.
We thrive to enrich children through Mindfulness. Our focus remains to teach easy to use- mindfulness and compassion based tools and techniques that have been proven to be beneficial in helping children be happy and healthy in both mind and body!

The Sunday sessions would further help you to clear any questions about Meditation and find a suited practice for you. The foundation of any mindfulness practice is compassion and it is important to have patience and to just be in the moment.
