Vesak Food Drive

Vesak is the most important holiday of the Buddhist calendar. It marks the day the Buddha was born, attained enlightenment under the Bodhi tree and also attained the fullest form of enlightenment upon the dissolution of the body.

The Dhamma Center initiated a Food Drive to support those afflicted by hunger and homelessness during the COVID19 pandemic. and we were fortunate to receive an overwhelming amount of support from the community to whom we are very grateful.
