Dear friends,
Following today’s briefing by the Prime Minister, we have decided to suspend all in-house meditation and Buddhist rites happening at the Dhamma Center to the public, with immediate effect, until further notice.
Practising mindfulness and loving-kindness during times of crisis is ultimately what supports us all to stay emotionally positive and to grow. We are therefore committed to continuing to share our teachings and practices with you during this challenging period – and will be offering an online programme of events for you to participate in. In the coming days, you’ll be able to access live-streamed interviews, tailored meditation teaching and new recorded courses.
The Tuesday Meditation program will be live-streamed via Facebook Live from 1 pm to 2 pm (UK time) by Liking the Dhamma Center Facebook page you would be able to receive instant access to our material https://www.facebook.com/Center4dhamma
The Buddha taught that we are deeply interconnected in seen and unseen ways. This virus has affected us all and we as a community continue to send our well-wishing and care to all those throughout the world who have been severely affected by the virus.
With Metta,
The Dhamma Center Team
