Vipassana Meditation

Vipassana or Insight Meditation forms the core of Buddhist practice. Insight meditation involves a process of developing a stable stream of awareness which leads to insights over phenomena of the world that we all live in!

Insight meditation involves the realisation based upon three characteristics;

1. Anicca (impermanence)
2. Dukkha (suffering)
3. Anatta (non-self)

The insights cultivated through this practice supports one to navigate through the life’s vicissitudes.
